Billing & Payments

Pay your bill or get help with a statement.

Our front office handles all billing and statement questions personally. We do not currently host a self-service online billing portal — every payment is processed by our care coordinator with you, so any concerns about your statement can be resolved in real time.

Common Questions

Billing questions we hear most often

I received a statement I don't understand

Call our office and we will walk through every line of your statement with you. Mental health billing can be confusing — especially when group therapy and individual therapy are combined — and we are happy to take the time to explain.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. If your balance is challenging given your circumstances, we can usually arrange a structured monthly payment plan. Reach out before the bill becomes overdue and we will work it out together.

Can you bill my insurance?

If we are in-network with your plan, we bill insurance directly. If you are out-of-network, we can provide superbills you submit to your insurer for reimbursement. See our insurance page for details.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Federal law requires us to provide self-pay patients with a written estimate of expected costs. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate before starting care, ask our care coordinator and we will prepare one.

Office contact for billing

Our care coordinator is available seven days a week to answer billing questions, set up payment plans, and provide itemized statements. There is no automated phone tree — you reach a real person.
